Trades for Life
TradeWinds Institute was established in 2011 as a shop class for home schooled students. Our program uses a hands-on approach for high school aged students to learn about various trades that students might endeavor to pursue after graduating from high school.
There is a shortage of workers in many fields, and we hope to spark interest in these young adults who might like to pursue them. Additionally, students will save thousands of dollars over their lifetimes by being able to perform many common household repairs and automotive maintenance using the skills gained in TradeWinds!
