A registration fee and the completion of the Registration Form and Waiver (in blue and green) are required. 
New families must also complete the New Families Questionnaire (in yellow) found at the bottom of this page.
Families returning from previous years are not required to submit the New Families Questionnaire.
The student's spot is reserved upon receipt of the following forms AND registration fee.
Fees:
Registration:  $100 due at the time of registration
Tuition: $145 per month (8 months running from September through April)
Supply Fees: $50 - $125 per module (eight weeks) due prior to first class
